LG USELESS ON EVERY LEVEL

LG is "Absolutely Pathetic" This is a very long frustrating story. In simple, from workers in store, to call center level, to technical staff, to go to managers to service directors to product managers, heck seems even their head quarters in Korea can't do their jobs. My story is too long to say it all, however what I can say is that such a giant of a company is being run worse than a tuck shop, nobody cares, nobody knows how to communicate or even give proper answers in their respected fields. Being mislead, missinformed or a blatent disregard for customers is how this company is being run from the top to the bottom. All I needed was a rear speaker kit & what drama from being promised then told no, then yes, to nobody knows anything.... Yeah yeah I know iits a discontinued model however having to upgrade with the same brand was me being faithful however, the joke that this company is, is on another level. If the head can't even be bothered I suppose that's why the rest of the staff follow suite. What a shame!!!
