LG TVs are a downgrade from previous years

Bought an LG 86UR8000 TV from Hirsch's. Turns out to be a downgrade from my LG 65UK6400 (at least 6 year older model) in terms of playing media format. As per my rights, I want to return but you guys refuse.

LG Technician also saw the above. Advised that TV should be returned for a full refund.
