LG TV Spare Parts Not In Stock For 8 Weeks !!!! Is that Possible ??? Yes It Is....

Our LG 43LH510V TV power supply went missing while moving house. Various attempts have been made to obtain a replacement one directly from LG and other sources.

I was utterly stunned by LG that there are no spare's in South Africa and that I would have to wait for 8 weeks before I could receive one, which I am not prepared to wait for.

How on earth is it possible that there is no stock available for such a perfectly "normal" LG TV spare part ????

Hi, I have missed calls from + ********** 2609, which I called back, and is non-existance, and 4 calls from Private number, all of which are unhelpfull. Is it not common practice, under these circumstances, that a voice message be left ? Yes ! Did Seshen leave a voice message ? No ! Please LG, a bit more of an effort. Thanks, Erich

Hi, Have called your Jo'burg service centre, and was informed that there are no shipments expected for this part (EAY ********** 8). Only once I have placed an order and pay (R850.00) upfront, will LG order from your suppliers and ETA is between 2-6 weeks. I will place an order, pay R850.00 and, as you had stated, will wait for the ETA of 2 weeks. If the part arrives after the 2 weeks, I will expect that LG refund me the R850. Thanks, Erich
