LG Truesteam 12kg Frontloader dissapoints expectations!

I have had my LG Truesteam 12kg for 51/2 years. Since I got it I have had to replace the soapdish, the drainage pump and now the circulation pump has packed up as well. On top of that the machine was rusting on the outside and that front panel was also replaced. During this panel replacement it was discovered that the inside of the machine on places were also rusted. LG then offered me a discount on a new machine at the time and I declined because the machine cost about R16500 rand at the time if not more and now they want me to pay for another one and I havent even had it long. My previous machine was a 10kg Kelvinator and it lastef us 20 years. The repair team only came the first week I had it to set the machine and then at a later stage my husband had to take out a sock of the pump. That's it. I gave it away when I boughtvthis Lg Trusteam I have now and it was still working after 20 years.

I have had to pay so much more money out already with all the stuff that has broken which makes this machine not a good buy. So dissapointed.

I have been an Lg supporter even with my microwave and phone and this particular product dissapoints my expectation with the company.

I do hope LG will speedily bring a solution to my dillemma as I feel cheated now having to pay and pay and pay...

I can't do washing and they are dragging their feet with resolving this matter.
