Lg terrible and pathetic customer service

Lg is a pathetic brand with poor customer service to deal with ...I purchased the LG MR11 hifi system from makro on the 5/5/2024 the amp went into protection mode and went in for repairs on the 16/11/2024 now the item is having the exact same issue amp going on protection mode and only the right hand speaker is giving out a burning smell and it's not even 1 year since the last repair today makro called me to say the LG technician says there there is no fault on the system I told them I have a video as proof showing the unit is going into protection mode I'm so fed up even lg SA is not assisting I spoke to Patricia Sithebe from LG SA she is of no use except that I should wait to see the outcome I will never deal with LG or makro
