LG Sty"less" 4 refusal to fix cracked screen

<p>The Customer Service I received from LG is totally dissatisfying. I have purchased an LG Stylus 4 in 2016 and paid cash for this phone Last month my phone fell and cracked on the screen, I was shocked when i discovered that LG does not repair 1 free screen fix like Samsung and my phone is brand new. Had i known this upon purchasing the phone i would have sticked with Samsung. I will be certain to tell all my friends and family to not purchase LG phones because of this.</p>
