LG Spares of very poor quality

My washing machine shocks were replaced by Hirsch, who said that they buy the part directly from LG. Why would new shocks on an old machine not give you the same life span as a new machine, does not make sense. Unfortunately Hirsch cannot do anything for me as they claim this is out of the warranty period. This is a ripoff. I have just spent R810 to replace shocks and now I must spend more money to fix the same problem for a machine that otherwise works well.
