LG service poor

I brought a LG double door fridge, so use of the cold drink holders in the fridge door causes it to crack and eventually snap, so you would think call the place where you brought it from, they suggest call IRS the local dealer for LG parts, low and behold 5 weeks later after LG head office in Jhb kept on sending the wrong parts grrrrr, up and down driving to see if this time you are lucky to actually get the right parts to be told they discontinued the parts for your fridge

So LG what do you suggest I do now
