LG-SA won't take responsibility for my LG phone
I have a Nexus 5, made by LG. It stopped working during an update cycle.

It is still under warranty. But because I bought it overseas, LG in SA says it is not their problem, and wants me to send it to LG overseas. I don't expect them to work with a phone they don't know, but why can't they coordinate with LG themselves? They ARE LG. LG phone, LG in SA, LG warranty, what's the problem?

Send it somewhere it can be repaired, and send me a replacement phone.
