LG's after service out of warrenty Satisfaction

<p>Extremely Frustrated! Subject: purchased Makro - LG 13kg D/D Washer Top Loader – (model: T1332AFPSP5 – discontinued) – Just out of 2-year warranty (10 year guarantee on the motor). LG washer is out of action now so I go onto the LG online site and contact there recommended repair company IRSTronics and a technician comes out on the 27/06/2017 at a fee and after diagnostics he now has to order the parts from LG which include an upgrade on the motor. Today is now the 20/07/2017 and I have made numerous phone call, emails and communications via Facebook to the repair company IRSTronics and LG. I am still waiting for these elusive parts (24 days later). LG’s response “Unfortunately, there’s very little we can do right but wait the ordered part.”. Where is LG’s after service out of warranty satisfaction.</p>
