LG refrigerator

I have encountered such terrible service from this trusted brand. My whole house has been ‘upgraded’ with LG appliances. Or so I’d thought. My refrigerator less than two years old has been diagnosed as having a broken/faulty compressor… 35k later… The only an option was to have this repaired, when in fact a faulty compressor is a huge deal! Being within my two year period of purchase, I should most definitely be given a brand new appliance. Food wastage was massive due to everything in my freezer going off. Water filter and ice machine have been damaged! Such disappointing service from a trusted brand. Deciding to upgrade for real this time, have lost all trust in this brand! And the level of incompetency when it comes to after sales service. Don’t waste your money thinking the hefty price tag means better quality or support from the brand. #BlackFriday review
