LG PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORK

I own a 2nd hand overcoat business. Coats need to be steamed before going on display. In 2013 I found a LG TRUE STEAM DRYER at HIRCH'S in jhb, 1 of the first 10 to be imported into South Africa. It worked fantastically! I was so impressed I ordered another 4. They arrived but didn't look the same - a control panel face-lift change. I was assured they are exactly the same machine, just a new look. They worked OK for a few weeks and then 1 by 1 the steaming function broke down. I reported it to HIRCH's, they where inspected and replaced with 4 new machines. From the 1st day I plugged all 4 in, the steaming function didn't work. I reported it again and wanted a refund. HIRCH's preferred not to refund, offering to replace them with bigger machines at no extra cost. SAME STORY - Steam function didn't work from day 1. I called the HIRCH's salesman, said he would call the LG rep which he said he did. The rep did nothing and now LG refuse to help. I am stuck with R40,000 worth of machines that don't work. GUESS WHAT? The first machine I bought in 2013 STILL WORKS!! - so LG don't tell me u cant help because I used them commercially. I reported the fault within 3 months (commercial warranty)
