LG Products Huge Problems

LG TVs be careful be very careful they think us consumers are idiots and suckers . I bought a R30 000 TV from LG and it has screen burn / image retention a big blob smudge on the screen permanently from NORMAL tv watching, its a KNOWN problem and they know about it too . Ive been given the runaround for weeks telling me i must buy another one from them at a more expensive price than Tafelberg . I will keep everyone informed as i have clients with other LG products , look for pics of my screen burn on my blog in the meantime stay away from LG. If anyone has LGs Ceos and MDs - Mr CY KIM , Mr James Lee , Mr DS Ahn or Mr Jong Park emails or facebook let me know please .

Good day Mr Porceddu,

Your query has been escalated and LG is in the process of resolving it and will revert to you with feedback shortly.

As per your lengthy conversation with LGs General Manager yesterday, please understand that LG have a policy in place named a "Chargeable Exchange". This is a process whereby LG would replace your current model with a later version because of the unavailability of your current model, mostly due to discontinuation. Whereas, you suggest you would be paying more for the exact same model, you would in fact be receiving a later model with improved specs and features.

The service director, Mr Jayson Jeong is also aware of your query and we are all doing our very best in order to ensure your satisfaction. Please allow us some time in order to resolve your query.

Thank you kindly
LG Customer Care

Best regards,
