LG products designed to break for replacement

R2000 to replace a the electronics board again in a new 3 year old R3500 LG washing machine! And this is the second LG machine that the electronics board malfunctions on. Last time I had to buy a new machine because the model was 'obsolete' and you didn't have the part. This time I have to buy a whole board just because the start button has stopped working! LG you truly suck. I am not buying any more LG products! I'm hoping we bought an extended warrantee but I can't find any paperwork.
