LG Poor service and poor support system
So i bought the 65SM8600 The TV is advertised as (Support Google Assist and Amazon Echo) I Cannot get this setting to work in the TV. i Contacted LG support on whatsapp and on Voice call. Im told to get hold of Goodman. since 9 am and still Cant get hold of Goodman. is there anyone from LG who can help me with my query? If the Set doesnt support what i want, can i get a refund and buy a different brand?
TV is advertised as running WEB OS 4.5 but TV is actually on 3.XX and im not able to update because "There is no other update to install" i have the latest
I need help if not im returning this set.
