LG - Official Repair Center - Very poor service from MMR Electronics

Since receiving a quote on the 3'r May 2017 (more than three months ago) from MMR Electronics - the official LG repair center for Port Elizabeth South Africa , to fix my LG GR-379PG Refrigerator - 289 Litre. To date, they have only been able to supply one of the three parts (Fridge Door Seal/Gasket, Hinge between the Fridge Door and the Freezer Door as well as the Freezer Door Seal/Gasket) that are the required to fix my fridge (they were also unable to even provide/source replacement plastic door shelves, nor the lowest freezer shelf as the original ones cracked). I have also had to follow up telephonically, as well as via e-mail several times, as they do not provide any feedback regarding delays on their side unless prompted to do so. For example I last followed up on the 15'th August and requested any sort of feedback by the end of the day, I am still waiting for a response. In the mean time my fridge has been freezing up continuously resulting in many fresh items being damaged due to being frozen whilst in the fridge. Can someone from LG please get MMR Electronics to provide the parts/service that I need to get my fridge working again?
