LG not fixing my machine within warranty!

I bought this washing machine for R3999 (May 2017) at game store and was told about a warranty of two years. My washing machine started leaking on Saturday (14 July 2018) and I approached game and they have sent me to LG. A technician came home on Thursday (19 July) and found a socks inside the machine that he (technician) said broke the Tub. They collected the machine for repairs on Friday (20 July). On Monday (23 July), Morne van Taak phoned us to say:

""Please see report attached

Part require for repair is a non serviceable part and can not be repaired

LG can not repair the unit in warranty or take the responsibility for the repair due to customer negligent.

Technician report :

unit assets outer tub got damage on bottom around hole where clutch assembly seal fits in plastic melted and result in water leak to bottom through damaged area Damage was caused by clothing piece that was wound up under spider around clutch assembly shaft Damage due to clients negligence""

This for me is seriously poor customer service, The socks are allowed to be washed in the washing machine. She ( Morne van Taak ) has accused us of overloading the machine of which it never happen. Please, I am seriously not satisfied with this and I want my machine to be replaced or my money back.

They now totally refused to fix my washing machine or replace it.
