LG MOBILE ISSUE!

I purchased my LG G4 June 2015 and had no issues until now when my phone keeps booting up and dies. I've tried contacting LG, but they keep telling me to go to my provider. I purchased my phone online, and paid in cash. Please help me, as apparently LG does know about the bootloop issue. I'm desparate as I'm without a phone!
