LG Lifes not Good

After spending over R7000 on repairs to our LG direct drive washing machine, we are sitting with the same problem we had on day one way back in February this year. Phonecalls back and fourth have been met with pure arrogance and blatant undermining of their customers intelegence. Three calls to head office with promises of action have just not materialised. Think carefully before spending your hard earned money on any LG product. Beleive me when I say Lifes not good with LG the only area they have succeded in is in creating a negative brand ambassador.
