LG - Life’s Garbage 🤬🤬🤮🤮🤬🤬
If it was possible to give a minus rating I would. Bought a brand new 75” UHD Smart TV at a licensed retailer in July 2018 and between then and Sept 2022, it has has had 7 recalls with repeat issues. A week ago the screen/backlights died. It’s been another path of frustrating lack of updates and constant failed commitments of feedback/delivery. Still sitting without a TV and without an update. Just a ton of empty apologies!!! The only positive thing to ever come out of LG was the last repair they made as a goodwill out of warranty. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BUT ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT!!!!! Horrible service to go along with garbage products
