LG Lies with 10 Years Parts Warranty.

I bought a washing machine in 2010 for R15 000, reading the label on the machine as 10 year warranty, The machine started giving a AE4 Error and I contacted LG, Lg send out G&G Appliances (Primrose) stripped the entire machine that still had all the stickers on to a bunch of rubble, LG give a 10 year warranty and the part that is broken is no longer in stock after 5 years. They offered for me a replacement quote of R4 773.64 after paying G&G Appliances R450. I did not buy a washing machine for R15 000 to get dis bad service, how can you buy a washing machine for R15 000 with a sticker saying 10 year warranty and they tell me it is only on the drive. This is false advertising and should be removed from all products that claims to it. If they haven't got the part in stock after 5 years, why should I buy a new machine with the same 10 year warranty.
