LG lacks of integrity and dishonesty

I have an LG smart TV. The wifi modulator inside the TV stopped working. A technician was sent out to replace it. I paid for the call out fee and the spare part. One week later the same thing happened. I called LG and logged an enquiry. After speaking to the LG technician he told me they the part he brought to replace it was actually a second hand spare. I paid till price for a second hand spare. I logged the second fault over a month ago and stuff no response from LG. I wasn't even offered a refund. Friends of mine have Samsung smart TV's they work perfectly. My suggestion is rather go Samsung
