LG IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING

After almost 2 years of having a Samsung J1 Ace which never gave me any problems I got my dad's second hand LG G3, its was out of warranty then but that didnt bother cause i thought this is LG they are a good, actually top quality brand. Boy was I wrong. Im a teenager so my phone is mostly filled with videos and series and music which is why the 32 gb storage really came in handy. What wasn't handy is that sometimes when you've locked the phone you can spend up to 5 minutes or more trying tk unlock it cause it keeps locking itself while you enter your password. That was more of a nuisance then a problem. Next, and I am to blame for this, the phone stopped recognizing my sd card. I admit i would take my sd card out and put it into the j1 ace, why because the computer couldn't recognize the lg. If you connected the two via USB cable it just charges the phone. Also id like to think that although i did misuse the LG ive been taking my sd card out of phones and tablets for, cheaper phones, and they still work perfect ly fine so i think LG's part are either too sensitve or just bad quality because even a R99 vodafone tablet performs better. The finale and biggest thing is that the phone keeps restarting over and ovee again on an endless loop. You can only use it if its in the charger and i went on google and it seems im not the only one this has happened to. It always conveniently happens out of warranty for LG. I wonder if this is something they know about and ignore cause its outside their liability period. What are the chancea that this has happened exactly the same way for two people, me and the online reviewer, and possibly much more. That person reported their problem in 2016 and as far as my search has shown their has been no solution. I find this extremely disappointing, wrong and heartbreaking for me. Money doesnt grow on trees and this was my first good second hand phone or so i thought. The others were small phones but when i got the LG i was like wow and now i wanna cry. My dad gave me this phone when he upgraded as a congratulations for me being the 6th smartest person in my grade. One day LG made my day and now it has ruined it. I don't what phone im supposed to use cause the G3 is useless unless plugged into the charger. LG should be better than this. Once warranty runa out doesn't mean the product should fail. It shouldnt be something thats good on the outside and terrible inside. Thats just not right. Now im discouraged from ever buying anything LG. These big companies charge high prices with short warranties for bad quality products. But that's generalization SAMSUNG is an even bigger company but I've at least seen quality. LG if you are no longer gonna make decent products then why bother at all. At least let us save our money and make a real investment on something that'll last. SHAME ON YOU.
