LG is a great product but after service is no good

I have been calling the Number given to me spoke to 2 people and no luck at all my wife also call in to have my LG G4 repair as its stuck in a bootloop all of the two people i spoke to said it needs to come in to be fixed please i love this phone is great but i cant use it i have been trying to get it to LG for 3 months already please can some one help me.
