LG Inverter Refrigerator: Poor Quality

I recently purchased a LG side by side fridge/freezer, Model number GC-B257JLYL. To note this is an inverter fridge and not a cheap fridge by any means. The fridge is slightly over 2 years old and is starting to give us endless problems with cooling on both the fridge and freezer sections. A service agent has come out to repair the fridge, but again the fridge and freezer is giving issues of not cooling. I am totally disappointed with LG as a product i general because for such an expensive fridge and for LG as a brand this should never be the case with the fridge being so new. I previously had a Samsung Fridge and only after 11 years did i start having issues. This time i decided to go for an LG based on the brands reliability, but i must say im shocked. I feel for such a fridge being slightly over 2 years old and being an LG specifically i should never be dealing with such issues.
