LG HOUSE HOLD EQUIPMENT

I have bought a LG dishwasher machine in 2013 - which was now fixed 4 times till now. They claim that you have a 10 year warranty on the machine - this includes the motor. It broke again more than a month ago and LG cant supply me with the part to fix the machine which falls under the 10 year warranty. What they dont tell you is if they cannot replace the part, they will give you a discounted price to a new machine (swap), which is only R1000 off from a new machine, they will charge you R650 to collect your old machine, which now belongs to them. Please do not buy any LG 10 YEAR WARRANTY PRODUCTS - IT IS A LIE.
