LG G5 PHONE SUCKS
<p>I got a LG G5 phone for xmas from a friend that came to visit us from New Zeeland. He bought the phone at a mall in Pretoria, and when he left for New Zeeland, I tried to use the phone, but to no avail. After hours of trying, I got so frustrated that I smached the phone to pieces. I know I should not have done that, but now LG refuses to help me, as they say it is my ouwn doing that I smashed the phone, which is true, but LG should never have put the G5 on the market, as it is a lot of junk. Please anybody thinking of getting a G5 please dont, you will have frustration just like I did</p>

It would have been a better option to contact the Call centre for assistance
in resolving your problem.
Please take your phone back to where it was purchased for them to quote
for a repair.

It is obviuse that LG is not reading the complaints, if they did they whould have seen that the phone was a xmas gift, I dont know where it was bought, secondly I cannot take it to the repair department for a quote as it is in 87 pieces, as I hit it with a hammer out of frustration.
