LG G4 Stylus BER

Good Day<br> <br> I purchased the LG G4 Stylus on the 01 February 2016 through HI in Canal Walk 21 days later the phone didn't want switch on and the phone was heating up when charged. I took the phone back to HI for them to check it out. They advised that they don't have technicians to check the phone out as they only the retailer. No one in the store checked the phone out as according to them they need to send it away for repairs. When I called for feedback they advised that the phone is liquid damaged which is totally confusing to me as my phone did not fall in water or nothing spilled on the phone. If that was the case it did not happen while in my car as I am very protective of anything I purchased.<br> <br> The reason for writing in to you is that I am highly irritated that you will manufacture a phone that gets B.E.R when you sweat or walk in misty conditions as advised by the retailer HI that is just passing the buck. So can you please explain to me why my phone can't be replaced and also why you manufacture phones that needs to be placed on a pedastil as it can not be used daily other wise its deemed as negligence and the MLW doesn't apply.<br> <br>
