Lg G4 cell phone problems

<p>This one day I just placed my LG G4 on charge and it froze.Nobody can fix it because I lost my warranty because there is a small crack on the screen.The thing is I have this phone since October 2015 and now I cant use it anymore because of software problems. It can't be replaced because of the crack.I've put my trust in this product and now it can't be fixed.I don't think it is fair because it isn't because of the screen the phone is broken. Very poor device by LG.</p>
