LG G4 broken for over 4 weeks no response from LG

I have posted her on a few occasions still waiting for someone to get back to me.<br> LG took my G4 for repairs and promised that they would replace my phone after telling me it is beyond repair. I was promised after 2 weeks I would have a new phone, then they went quiet. Now it is over 4 weeks no phone, no contact from LG, no interest from LG. THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All I get is promises that a LG customer services agent will get back to me and thats it. Not a phone call not a message, nothing. They have my phone with them I cannot get it back I cannot get my replacement, I cannot get hold of anyone that can sort this issue out. Phones at their offices go unanswered. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.<br> WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PUT DECALS ALL OVER THE SIDE OF MY CAR AND SPREAD THE WORD HOW BAD LG'S CUSTOMER SERVICES IS?? DO I NEED TO CATCH A PLANE TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE AND DEMAND TO SEE YOUR CEO SO THAT SOMETHING CAN ACTUALLY BE DONE!!! Crazy, even Vodacom cannot believe how bad your service is. SORT YOUR HOUSE OUT LG AND GIVE MY PHONE BACK.
