LG G4 Boot loop issue

I upgraded to an LG G4 in September 2015 and a few months into the contract my phone does not want to restart , i have tried factory reset as well but nothing works. After doing my research i found out that LG is aware of the issue yet non of these phones were recalled for a fix. Now i currently do not have a phone and this is really frustrating as i am not even 6 months into my contract with MTN SA . I want LG to advise on a way forward as this really an inconvenience .....This is really a bad phone , i will never recommend anyone to buy an LG phone .
