LG G4 BOOT LOOP ISSUE

<p>So basically every LG G4 user (globally) are suffering with the Boot Loop issue. I too have fallen victim of this unnecessary factory default problem. Now im forced to argue and have emails sent back and forth about repairing the issue with LG and Vodacom. Vodacom/LG states that due to a voided warranty, the "BOOT LOOP FACTORY DEFAULT" issue will cost me R6000.00 to fix. Unbelieveable how neither party understand that issue existed before the phone was purchased by me. The customer service is so bad, this is week 4 of asking for a repair from both parties and still no conclusion. As a student, R6000 is like a million bucks. The warranty should have nothing to do with fixing the Boot Loop Problem.</p>
