LG G4 - Boot loop and bad service

<p>Went from being 100% satisfied with LG phones to will never buy a LG phone again. The worst, worst after service of any company I have bought a phone with. LG G4 one year old gets the infinite loop problem, I call LG, they admit that the G4's gives this problem and tells me to take it to my subscriber (MTN). It has been 29 days they still haven’t got in touch with me to tell me what the problem is and by when it will be fixed. They do not give you a lend phone, for the month + they will take to repair their own problem. They do not replace the phone, they will only repair it. They have so many phones with this problem that they have a back log and not enough spares thus they cant confirm by when it will be fixed. Honestly how do they expect people to go a month + without a phone??</p>
