LG G4 been in for repairs for 4 weeks

I have been waiting almost 4 weeks now for my phone to be returned to me after being told it would take up to 10 days when I took it to mtn. <br> <br> Last week I left a report and was thrilled to hear back from someone with 2 hours. I was told they had the parts that were needed and my phone would be returned to me the following day or monday this week the latest. <br> <br> Went into mtn today and as far as they know they are still wiating for the spare parts.<br> <br> I do not want a phone call again promising a swift return of my phone. I want it sorted out. I took the phone in on the 4th of feb so I friday I will have been waiting a month.<br> <br>
