LG G4 been in for repairs for 3 weeks now

My LG G4 froze and entered a boot loop. I took it to mtn where i got the phone on contract and they informed me that it would take up to 10 days. <br> <br> As of today it has been 3 weeks which is a huge inconvenience for me, as the only replacement phone i have is not able to keep me in contact for the day. It is greatly disappointing as i have not had any other problems but this is a major problem. <br> <br> In the two times i have been to mtn to enquire about the phone they have said they are still waiting for spare parts. Firstly there should be spare parts on hand for a problem that is known to happen with the G4s which is the flagship phone of last year so there is most likely plenty that will have the problem and secondly it should be communicated to the customer that the phone will take significantly longer to repair than was initially stated.
