LG G3 phone does not work, the battery is ****py.

My LG G3 cellphone is not even 11 months old and it switches off by itself, the battery life will be on 60% and the phone will switch off, while I'm on a phone call the phone switches off, the only way it turns on again is if I take the battery out! It's ridiculous what is the point of having a phone if it is off majority of the time ! When I try unlock it I will swip to unlock and it will lock its self straight after, it doesn't even open to the home page, it will literally do that for 5min straight! I have updated the software and everything but it doesn't work! <br> This phone is honestly **** if I need to phone someone in an emergency I'm pretty much stuck because it will switch off I cannot deal With it !
