LG G3 known cracking issue

Hi Guys,<br> <br> i have a G3 and the phone is cracking in the body by the microphone on the bottom of the phone. <br> I have tried calling you 0800 number as well as service center and nobody knows what i mean and they are not aware of any issues. <br> LG Global seems to be aware of this issue, please see a comment from them as well as a link to the source website and known issue.
