LG G3 ignored problems! Terrible LG service!

I love'd my LG G3 when i got it. The battery is swollen and this is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS however they refuse to help or replace the phone after several calls. <br> The day i got it, it had cracks on the sides, but i thought it's supposed to look like that, a friend saw it a few months later and shoewd his phone didn't look like that.<br> I called them, and I was ignored.<br> Since then my screen has come loose with light shining through the sides<br> I was ok with all this, even though i (a customer of LG) was ignored<br> Then, the battery is swollen (THIS IS DANGEROUS)!!!<br> Warranty or not, THIS IS NOT MY FAULT<br> This is not my fault! There are tons of forms complaining about these problems. It's not my fault. It's LG refusing to replace a phone for a reliable customer. And their help for people like us is a disgrace.<br> Swollen battery DANGEROUS! opened screen, cracks???<br> Tons of forms of people having these problems<br> NOT MY FAULT! FIX IT! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I beg for someone who actually cares enough to help. Then i will take back my words
