LG G3

Good day<br> Have a LG G3 phone now for nearly a year, awesome phone , but with the last software upgrade it started overheating, felt it one day when I went to the mall it burnt me through my pocket where I was carrying it ,it started jumping from one app to another by itself ,took it to a cellphone retailer and he told me the LCD is damaged due to the overheating, I phoned LG 3 times ,each time they put me through to this number *** and the voice mail sais it cant be answered , tried the number 3 times, I logged a call on the website as well , and no one came back to me, so yes I suppose one a product is bought no one cares about service after wards, I would not recommend any one to buy LG products again although I thought the phone was awesome, its 3 days now since I logged the call on the website and still nothing, LG your customer service suck and I will definitely not upgrade to the G4 which I was thinking of purchasing...change your LG to WS, standing for WE SUCK<br> Thanks <br> One very happy customer
