LG fridge

i am so dissapointed with LG brand and the way LG employees are so rude and ******. I hada problem with my LG fridge, we request for LG agent to fix the fridge but he said they are cables that were faulty he can't fix it then advice for us to opt for "Chargeable exchange" since our fridge was only 2years 3 months. And with the chargeable exchange it state that they will look for the similar product or something close to what we have. To my surprise when the quotation comes it state that i must pay R9630, which is the exact amount that i paid when i bought my fridge. This is day light robery by LG. On top of them taken in my old fridge they still want me to pay the full amount, so basically LG is saying after 2 years their products are worth nothing
