LG fooling/ lying to customer which is not fair

I bought 18kg LG top loader and realized that this machine drum is exactly the same size as my 14kg LG top loader. I have logged a complain with LG both on Facebook and Customer help line, where my case was handled by manager. The feedback I have received from Facebook was 18kg drum is bigger than 14kg, and the manager also said. LG went ahead and did their research and came back to me with a confirmation that what I have discovered is indeed true, they are the same dimensions.

LG has been fooling its customers, they discontinued "14kg" only to replace it by just writing 18kg on top of the very same 14kg! I am so disappointed with LG and I am not happy about what you did. I feel ****** and had trust in such a big company like this.

With the feedback that I have received it looks like nothing is going to happen with this LG is going to continue making us fools.
