LG fixed my phone.
On the 12 April, I wrote a review about my expensive LG phone that had suddenly stopped working. On the 13 April I was contact my LG consulted to assist with my query. I am happy to say my phone is working and was attended to. Funny enough I have received 2 more phone calls days later from LG people just to double check if my query has been attended to.
It is indeed pleasing to receive complimentary remarks about our service. I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for the time and effort to bring to bring this to our attention.
