LG Electronics poor after sale customer service

LG Amp receiver 2300w that was bought from Ok furnitures. The system did not work from very first day and I called in LG and they took it for repairs and it only worked for a day or 2 and it went off again tried contacting lg with no success and m here sitting with a big sound system that is not working. No one has gotten back to me I no longer want Anything to do with lg brand
