LG electronics most pathetic service

I took my TV for repairs to Lg branch Newton park Port Elizabeth in 2016 and the quote I was give was the price of a new tv so i rejected the quote .When i went to collect my TV i was given an old TV with scratches which i returned whilst still in their premises since then every time I went to collect it was one story after another till now in 2020 my tv is still with them .In Dec 2019 I decided to report the matter to LG head office jhb got hold of Amos Mamabolo who doesn't know how to deal with the matter except offering that I will be given a second hand tv and I must pay the difference this is shocking and unbelievable service as the only thing I want is ONLY my TV.
