LG electronics and Makro

Bought a washer dryer combo from makro Amanzimtoti yesterday at 16:10 took it back today as its not drying clothes after it being 3 hours on drying function the machine kept adding water and clothes came out wet and so hot you cant touch it while booklet advice you to remove clothes imediately after its done makro refused saying they have to semd out lg technician 1st to swe if this machine is malfunctioning but its a day and only been used once
