LG Does Not Honour WARRANTY

Terrible after Sales Service. Required repair to a premium LG Fridge as it stopped working. LG offered to inspect and asses only the fridge after 5 days; as their technician only does this area on this day. He refused to fix the COMPRESSOR (under 10 year warranty) because I had it checked on the first day by someone else. He left and walked away despite me offering to PAY (because he claimed the warranty is now void) to fix the fridge.
