LG DODGE REPLACEMENT

I purchased a LG Dishwasher in 2012 from Dionwired and it is one of the advanced at the time with PC boards and inteligence etc, so I was told. It was the top of the line at the time.<br> During the 24 month warranty, the machine had three breakdowns and twice the pc board was replaced for an identical error code. The service was carried out with very little down time.<br> After the second call out and board replacement, a former employee, whose name I think was Jeff, said that I should the incorrect model was shipped to me as it was an 'old batch' but that they would monitor the situation going forward.<br> Immediately the warranty was up, my dishwasher packed up with the same code. I immediately raised the matter with LG in Johannesburg and they said that there is no record of what Jeff had said and they can only give me a discount on a new purchase.<br> That discount was only subject to me issuing them with a receipt or proof of purchase.<br> I was delivered a wrong machine. three breakdowns during warranty, not wanting to replace my machine, making excuses, offering a feeble discount. I want a NEW machine.
