Lg direct drive washing machine

<p>i have phoned Lg 10 times today, had a horrible experience with the switchboard lady, not professional at all. Trying to get my machine fixed, had bearings, shocks fixed, still making a loud noise when its spinning, so loud we cant hear each other talk in the house. I heard i can talk to Amos, with no luck by the switchboard lady, i did not get any help today.</p>
