Lg Cellphones NO Good
<p>I was always an Samsung customer but last year my husband bought me an Lg G4 cellphone on a 2year contract.Two months ago my phone Just switched off and couldn't switch back on.The value of the phone now is +/- R7000.To repair the phone is costing me more than R4000 for what know the problem could be.Small cellphone repair shops can't even fix it....they also say that most people are bringing their Lg phones for repair.We are still paying the contract for a phone that is broken.What I'm saying is that I will never buy an Lg phone again.....I'll rather stick to the guys who manufacture quality products that lasts you a long time......I'm back with Samsung and are very happy.Beware before buying an Lg cellphone.</p>

Today I'm very pleased. LG has handled my complain very professionally.......my problem has been sorted out without any hassles. I think that it's the secondary companies who make the primary companies look bad. I will never take out an contract again at Telkom non the less buy anything from them. However im very pleased with LG services.I would just like to thank them for helping me as I was really sad about my phone.But today I'm feeling happy.Do not hesitate to buy LG products as they are one of the few companies who really take their customers needs into consideration.Their customer care is a symbol of what they stand for.What can I say Life is Good!
