LG calls to tell you it's your fault

LG contacted me to tell me I mishandled my LG G6 sim tray that's why it broke. How can I break it it with half jammed in cell phone. Google LG G6 sim tray problems this problem is world wide. Thank you LG will never buy another LG product. Do not reply LG like you offering a solution get better technical staff.
